Bryan Terpstra
Vice President, Client Services

Bryan has over 20 years of direct marketing fundraising experience. Over the course of his career, he has had responsibility for managing strategy, production, and analysis for a number of large nonprofit organizations. At Robbins Associates, Bryan is responsible for a team of 6 client service staff members and serves as the senior day-to-day contact for the American Cancer Society account, managing all aspects of the relationship with a focus on long-term strategy development, overall program analysis, and budget management. Bryan also serves as a key strategist and senior day-to-day contact on the St. Labre and MAP International accounts.

Prior to joining Robbins, Bryan was an Account Director in the Fundraising & Membership Services division of Epsilon, a provider of fundraising solutions. While there, Bryan worked with many organizations, including the Arthritis Foundation, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Covenant House, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and Consumers Union. Bryan’s programs consistently produced significant revenue gains at an improved cost of delivery.

Bryan is a frequent speaker at DMA Nonprofit Federation conferences and has spoken for the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association. He has also authored or co-authored several industry articles. Most recently, Bryan co-authored an article for Fundraising Success magazine titled "Don’t Be Afraid of Program Audits!"

Bryan is a 1986 graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from Boston University. His professional affiliations include:
