Account Director

In this position you will take a leadership role in managing all aspects of the acquisition and renewal campaigns for assigned non-profit clients. You will act as one of the main client contacts and strategic leader for client campaigns and projects. Working with other Client Service team members, you will review and recommend client schedules, oversee the work flow necessary to deliver the client's programs, help create and refine client budgets, and lead in the development of annual communications strategies.

Account Executive

In the position of Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the acquisition and renewal campaigns for assigned non-profit clients. You will support the Client Services team in a number of ways, including management of mail schedules, postal permits, client SOPs, table maintenance, postage requirements, oversight of billing, etc. You will be in regular contact with your Client Services Team colleagues to raise issues related to your area of responsibility.
