Chad joined Robbins Associates in 1995 as an Account Coordinator. Since that time he has been involved at all levels of Client Services and has worked with dozens of local and national non-profit organizations to develop successful direct marketing fundraising programs.

Chad has over 10 years of direct response experience and has managed a wide array of direct marketing programs, including acquisition, renewal, membership, monthly giving, planned giving and major donor programs, as well as integrated marketing campaigns. Chad is responsible for a team of 4 client service staff members and serves as the senior day-to-day contact for Special Olympics and Doctors Without Borders, managing all aspects of the relationship with a focus on long-term strategic direction and program analysis.

Chad currently serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Direct Marketing Association Foundation which helps educators bring direct marketing into the classroom through scholarships, mentoring and guest speakers. He is a 1995 honors graduate of Bryant College.
