James McAlear Vice President, Finance
Jim McAlear is a 30-year employee of Robbins.
He began his career at LWRA as Production Manager, responsible for supplier identification, negotiations, scheduling, quality control and a staff of two.
From there, Jim was promoted to the position of Controller/Operations Manager. In this role he developed processes, procedures and quality control protocols as they relate to direct mail production. He was also instrumental in setting priorities and schedules to ensure on-budget, on-time mailings. In addition, he was responsible for client invoicing and postage reconciliation.
In 1995, Jim was promoted to Vice President of Finance. In this capacity, Jim manages a staff of two and is responsible for all aspects of LWRA's financial department including client forecasts, invoicing, aging reports, receivables and cost containment.
