Robin R. Riggs Chief Creative Officer
Robin has almost 25 years of experience as a writer, strategist and creative director in the direct marketing industry.
Before joining the agency, she founded her own agency where she developed direct marketing programs for clients like EMC Corporation and Streamline. Prior to that, she headed the direct marketing division for Arnold Advertising and, before that, Cabot Advertising. Their clients included Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Lehman Brothers, and NYNEX (now Verizon).
Prior to Cabot, Robin was Executive Creator Director at Epsilon, a leading marketing solutions provider. She worked on many different clients: membership programs for clients like the San Diego Zoo, U.S. Ski Team, Pan American World Airways, United Airlines, and Hyatt Hotels; and general direct marketing strategies for clients like American Express, Anne Klein II, Emery Worldwide, and MCI Telecommunications.
Robin graduated from Hollins University in Virginia with a B.A. in English and Economics. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Robin is a Trustee of Thompson Island Outward Bound in Boston and chairs the Marketing Committee.
